Ms. Shweta Nandy
Executive Director
Ms. Shweta Nandy was appointed to the Board of Turiya Berhad as an Executive Director following the Group’s successful change of control in 2024 via a takeover led by Neo Pixel Sdn Bhd, a current substantial shareholder of the company. She leads the Group’s repositioning, capital governance, and transformation into a future-ready investment holding company.
A lawyer by training and a thinker by nature, she read law at the University of Liverpool and was called to the Bar of England & Wales, before being admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She also holds a Master of Science in Islamic Finance from INCEIF, with a professional foundation that bridges corporate legal design, fiduciary structuring, and alternative finance.
Shweta began her career with one of Malaysia’s pioneering non-bank Islamic finance providers before leading the corporate and commercial practice at a legal firm founded by former Judicial Commissioner YBhg. Dato’ George Varughese, where she served as Managing Partner until 2023. She has also served as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of ZICO Holdings Inc., a multidisciplinary corporate services group listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), where she supported Board governance and directional oversight across market-facing operations.
She is currently an owner-director and working consultant of Manor Capital Sdn Bhd, a private consultancy and investment holding firm with a history of equity participation across diverse professional services platforms. Her ongoing portfolio work includes the design of client servicing models for enterprises navigating high-compliance environments and institutional redevelopment. Through Manor Capital, she also holds indirect interests in Neo Pixel Sdn Bhd, ensuring oversight of business performance, organisational reform, and shareholder-aligned initiatives across Turiya’s holdings.
Within the Turiya Group, she serves as a Director of Pyramid Manufacturing Industries Pte Ltd and Iconic Global Limited, the Group’s subsidiaries in Singapore, contributing to compliance architecture and long-term business planning.
Shweta’s leadership reflects a consistent commitment to structure, stewardship, and strategic evolution — with an emphasis on clarity in definition, and the development of enduring frameworks that enable purposeful transformation. She offers depth in corporate governance and legal-commercial integration, and is attuned to the multifaceted responsibilities entrusted to directors across both public and private environments.
